With the popularity of grapes such as Chardonnay, Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc around the world, it’s easy to forget about the wonders of Semillon. This is a shame because Semillon is easy to grow and can be responsible for some of the world’s great wines, either as a single varietal or in a blend.
