葡萄酒大师(MW)项目之亲历葡萄酒大师课程

自从我最近参加葡萄酒大师课程回来以后,很多朋友一直在问:“葡萄酒大师课程是什么样的课程?”“你们都学什么内容?”因此我想如果能够给大家介绍一下相关的情况,应该是不错的一个话题,毕竟跟随这个世界上最富有经验的大师们学习葡萄酒,是一个令人饶有兴趣的体验。

葡萄酒大师的证书具有三个部分: 理论、品酒、论文。在一年的大多数时候,葡萄酒大师考生们都是在进行自学,他们需要在理论部分做笔记,在品酒实践部分做品酒笔录,几乎尝遍世界上所有的葡萄酒。但每年一次,考生们需要参加一个为期一周左右的“脱产式”学习,他们可以选择在欧洲、美国或是澳大利亚进行学习。

学习过程中每天的安排几乎是一样的:早上8点钟左右开始12款酒的盲品,以考试的标准撰写“品酒报告”,时间大约为2小时15分钟。
