A new wine competition is raising the game for professional wine judging in China
Fresh from judging at the Cathay Pacific Hong Kong International Wine Competition, Fongyee headed down to Melbourne to judge at the Royal Melbourne Wine Show, one of Australia's most prestigious competitions.
Fongyee was one of only two international judges invited to participate in the judging, joined by English Master of Wine Tim Wildman.
