April 12th, 19th and 26th: Dragon Phoenix Wine Appreciation Course

2-6 p.m. every Saturday for 3 weeks - join us for the Dragon Phoenix Wine Appreciation Course!

This fun and highly informative course covers wine fundamentals from production through tasting techniques to classics wines of the world. The course is suitable both for beginners and those with some wine knowledge.

We will be tasting a minimum of 20 different wines and enjoying a hands-on food and wine matching workshop. As part of the course package you will receive a set of ISO glasses plus glass-carrying bag.

The level covered by this course is equivilent to the "wines" part of the WSET Intermediate Course.

This three day workshop is 1,900RMB including all wines, materials, course book, glasses and bag.

Ever wanted to know how to blind-taste wine? Is it possible to deduce grape variety, origin and even vintage from a sniff and a slurp?

Come and join this enjoyable workshop on the art (or science!) of critical blind-tasting.

200RMB/place (includes all wines, tutored tasting techniques, materials and information handouts.)

We will be working through recognized tasting techniques, important grape varieties, differences in the climates of grape growing countires and doing some educated guessing of our own!
